Rich Larsen

Rich is the President of Nestegg Marine and Manitowoc Marina. He is a leading industry expert, spending his entire career in the marine industry. Rich led the Manitowoc Marina before departing for Yacht Works in Sister Bay, where he served as Vice President. In 2010, Rich returned to Manitowoc Marina as the new owner. Since then, Manitowoc Marina has grown to be the leading full service marina and boatyard on Lake Michigan, with a team of nearly 20 full time technicians. In 2018, Rich acquired Nestegg Marine and looks to build on Nestegg’s established reputation as a quality marina and boatyard.

Rich is an avid sailor himself, competing in many Mac, Hook, and 100 Miler races. His industry expertise has been cited in several publications, including “Sail” “Sailing” and “Great Lakes Scuttlebutt” magazines.

Rich lives in Manitowoc with his wife Kathy and dog Skipper. Their two kids, Emily and Anders, enjoy visiting home and spending time on the water. Rich volunteers on the Board of Trustees for the Wisconsin Maritime Museum.
