Located at Crowley’s Yacht Yard in Chicago and ready to sail in 2026.

Recent Upgrades

• New cockpit speakers

• New anchor

• All safety equipment current (flares, fire extinguishers replaced)

lockout)

Survey History

A comprehensive condition and value survey was conducted in April 2021 by R. L. Smith & Associates,

LLC (Sam Littlefield, NAMS-APP, SAMS-SA, ABYC-Certified). Key findings at that time:

• Hull sides, bottom, transom, keel, and all deck surfaces returned dry moisture readings with sharp

percussive retorts — no delamination, no blisters, no evidence of grounding

• Keel tight to hull with no indication of movement; keel bolts intact with no corrosion

• Engine clean, well-maintained, oil levels normal

• All through-hull fittings operational and properly bonded

• No material damage declared by owner

Survey available to qualified buyers upon request.

Why This Boat

The Marlow-Hunter 33 was designed by Glenn Henderson as a compact cruiser with a wider beam

carried aft, a hard-chine hull for stability and performance, and more interior volume than any competitor

in her size range. She earned a “Best Compact Cruiser” nomination from Cruising World during Boat of

the Year trials. The Yanmar saildrive is a proven, low-maintenance propulsion package, and the wing keel

gives her access to shallower anchorages while maintaining upwind performance.

Viajante is set up for the sailor who values independence on the water. One person can raise sail, tack,

dock, and anchor without help. When you bring the crew, the two-cabin layout, full galley, and 16K BTU

air conditioning make her a comfortable weekend or vacation cruiser for four.
