The Mirage Outback is Hobie’s flagship fishing kayak, engineered for performance, comfort, and versatility. It’s powered by the MirageDrive 180 paired with Turbo Kick-Up Fins, delivering smooth, hands-free forward and reverse pedaling. The turbo fins retract upon contact and return automatically—making it ideal for navigating shallow or debris-filled waters.
At 12'9" in length and 34" in beam, the Outback offers a wide, stable platform that inspires confidence while standing and casting. EVA deck pads provide grip, and its dual-rudder steering system ensures responsive maneuvering in tight spots.
For all-day comfort, the kayak features an elevated and adjustable Vantage CTW seat. It’s fully rig-ready with H-Rail and H-Track accessory mounts, a Guardian transducer shield, rod holders, ample tackle storage, and a spacious rear tank well.
